This cozy space has been serving our community for almost a decade. We are a gathering place, a collective of people who believe in their own healing power. We’re honored and blessed to add the former Flow Yoga Leesburg location to the Easy Day community. Located in the heart of downtown Leesburg, this space is filled with light & healing energy. Surrounded by the charm of Market Station, our unique yoga loft is dedicated to providing approachable, interesting and soulful opportunities to heal, throughout every chapter of this cosmic ride. MEET OUR TEACHERS
Get to know our amazing instructors. We’ve assembled a team of highly talented and knowledgeable teachers from all different yogic backgrounds and lineages, giving you the opportunity to try out different styles and find what suits you best. Many of our teachers are also available for private, one on one yoga sessions to help you better explore your personal practice.

One of the many great things about Easy Day Yoga is that all of our teachers will help you navigate the practice, whether with adjustments or props, so feel free to try new things and challenge yourself — maybe that means picking up the pace, or maybe even slowing way down.

Who we are
Welcome to Easy Day Yoga — it’s our goal to be a soft place to land in our community. It’s vitally important to us that our students feel treasured and cared for the moment they walk through the door. Making this our focus has led to a beautiful, diverse and amazing community in the heart of Ashburn, VA, and we're constantly overwhelmed and humbled by each yogi and yogini that choose to call Easy Day their Yoga hOMe.
Workshops
Workshops are a great way to explore the practice of yoga and so much more! From learning about inversions or meditation, to diving deep into nutrition, Ayurvedic Studies and many other topics, our workshop schedule is always being updated. 200 Hour Yoga Teacher training
Here at Easy Day Yoga, we’ve designed a program that encompasses all of Yoga as a whole — not just the poses. We take a holistic and inclusive approach, providing you with a strong foundation in the science of Yoga, that will allow you to balance your own life, as well as give you the tools to assist others in balancing theirs. What we really want you to walk away with is the skills to hold the space for your own exploration into your highest self. When we learn to hold the space for ourselves, inevitably we begin to hold it for others, and that’s what being a Yoga teacher is all about.
