Guided Meditation
Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. Join us every Monday to learn how to meditate and live a mindful life. Can you think of a better way to start your day? We certainly can't, that's why we added this class. Let us help you find peace and equanimity in the midst of your busy life. Anyone can do mindfulness practice. There are no barriers. It doesn’t matter how old you are, what your physical ability is, if you’re religious or not… Just join us and explore the present moment.

Restorative Yin

Benefits include increased circulation, deep connective tissue lengthening, and creating space in the joints to improve flexibility. You will improve the energy flow through your body which improves your overall health & well-being. This meditative style of yoga allows you to cultivate your connection with your true self and is suitable for all levels.
Slow Flow
Want to float out of the studio in a state of euphoria? Then you'll want to come to Slow Flow. This deep-stretch, restorative class is appropriate for all levels. You’ll experience a gentle vinyasa flow to warm the body, and explore the depths of the body’s flexibility with longer holds of each pose. Class is warm. Temperatures around 80-85 degrees.
Vinyasa
A vinyasa flow class is a guided, moving meditation that combines a variety of creative and traditional postures, mindful transitions, and opportunities to balance and invert in a flowing manner. This class will often make available the chance to explore challenging postures, and will meet each student where he/she is by offering supportive methods and modifications that make the practice accessible to everyone. This practice is taught in a warm room (mid-80s) and is both invigorating and grounding, aiming to bring about a sense of energized peace. All levels are welcome.
Yin
Come prepared to unwind, stretch your body, and quiet your mind. Yin yoga is a practice that focuses on the deep connective tissues of the body, stretching them gently through mostly seated postures that are held for a longer duration of time. Yin is the perfect complement to other forms of yoga and exercise that are more rigorous, involving mostly muscular engagement. All levels are welcome to this class. Just come with a willingness to surrender to the poses and a desire to create quiet and space in your day.
Power Vinyasa
Ready to turn up the heat? This class offers a boost of energy! Power Vinyasa is a fast-paced flow, often focused on building strength and endurance. It incorporates challenging, flowing sequences that can awaken the body and increase your heart rate. This practice can be taught in a warm room (low-to-mid 80s) or heated room (85+), and offers a powerful and energetic experience!
Yinyasa (Vinyasa/Yin)
When Yin meets Vinyasa the physical structure of the body blossoms. Join us for the fusion of traditional yin, to awaken the body’s connective tissue, and vinyasa, to explore and allow that which has been awakened. This practice will be followed by the preparation and rest of a traditional savasana to ease back into your everyday flow.
